GERMANY

The game was Germany... not Germany vs. Au. - but simply Germany vs. no one.
Absolutely amazing. Nothing to add.

SERBIA vs. GHANA

I guess something is wrong with my fellow Soviets today.
First Slovenia somehow loses to a third-class team, now Ghana is rocking the boat, with its win over Serbia... Did i say win?
I guess de facto it was  a handball, the jure though, not. After trying to block a player, defender had his hands out and it was THE BALL that hit the hand... not the other way around. Oh well, I like Serbian team and I overall liked how they played. I also liked Ghana team, full of star players like Boateng. It is a very tough group and I guess we will learn more about the group's dynamics after a few hours when Germany is expected to solidly win.

USA vs. ENGLAND

Big Game!!!
To start, just have to give a disclaimer that it is not that i dont like U.S. team... no, I want it to get out of the group and certainly do well, but I do love English soccer and English team more.
USA: - TIM HOWARD. period. AMAZING. ManU goalkeeper was great and the way he defended Rooneys shot - was out of this world. Other players I want to highlight - Dempsey and Donovan. Definitely good players and did a lot of work.
ENG: - ROONEY- if he plays like did today in the second half for the rest of the cup - we will see ENG in finals. Fabio Capello - is a great coach, however his decisions to add carrigan and replace king were not smart. Also - before the cup I would think Green will be a substitute and Hart will play in a main team... oh well... Green - u are a moron. period. Gerard - awesome! Lambert - so so.

Tomorow, Slovenia vs. Alg and I say - 2-0, Slov wins. GREAT TEAM.

Today is def good day for U.S. team.

Argentina Vs. Nigeria

Guys, happy to let you know that we just watched the most exciting game of World Cup as of yet... ARG. vs. NIG.
Argentina as we all know won and I tell you what - Marradona is an awesome coach!
Messi - is a GREAT player... overall Argentina rocked although did have difficulties with an execution and sometimes seemed a bit chaotic.
As far as Nigeria - they should get out of the group but thats as far as I can see them... too bad, because the team is potentially very strong. Out of all their players I have to highlight Uche, who was certainly a bright spot in an overall dull team play.
NOW - USA VS. ENGLAND! GO ENGLAND!

Book for those who don't know how to become motivated

I strongly recommend "Racing Towards Excellence" book authored by one of the top traders of the last 5 years, Jon Sramek. When a  guy who outperforms the market by a WIDE margin talks to you about excellence and motivation YOU GOTTA listen.
5 stars for sure.

2010 FIFA World Cup - 2010 FIFA World Cup - 2010 FIFA World Cup -France-...

World Cup

I could not help myself but to post a poll. WHO DO YOU THINK WILL WIN WORLD CUP?

Today we have watched two games: SA vs. Mexico and France vs. Uruguay. So what do we see?

Mexico: Strong team as usual, definitely has a good chance to get out of the group. However, I do not foresee going beyond 1/8 for this team.

SA: Good start, wonderful goal. No world famous players in the team - > a lot of passion. However, the team has enormous pressure. Overall, the team seems to be pretty tight and has HAS SOME chance of getting out of a group- but i would not bank on it. But then again >> who d think korea and japan would play that well?

Uruguay - FORLAN FORLAN FORLAN! if that guy can do it - then the team can. Has in my opinion slightly higher than Mexico chance of leaving the group and frankly really deserves it.

France - one of the greatest teams in the world if not the "one" - still strong, full of young stars and mature, prominent players. So far, the team looked dull and didn't appear to have that French edge. Yet, the game showed that France CAN attack and can attack WELL. Overall, the team HAS to leave the group and, although I don't see the team in the finals >>> i can certainly expect to see this team in semi finals. To summarize, France HAS TO win against a 10-players team like URU.

Tomorrow is USA - ENGLAND, ARGENTINA - NIGERIA and KOREA- GREECE.
My predictions:
USA - ENG - 1-2
ARG- NIG - 2-1
KOR - GRE - 1-0

LET'S WATCH IT!

Lounge 11 -- Hoboken

This past Saturday Lounge 11 had its dancefloor cover cracked, stereo system blown out, lighting system overheated and AC ran out of coolant... Just kidding. It was close to it though - a normal Saturday night of people having fun.
In other words, Lounge 11 had a lot of patrons, many private parties and great music with superb atmosphere. One of the patrons - was me, who had a birthday party there.
I have to admit, that I am not a Hoboken scenery type of guy... more NYC. However, I do think that Lounge 11 has a great close-knit crowd. So here is why I think Lounge 11 is great and why you should go there:
- Moderately priced drinks
- Very cute girls
- More mature patrons than you can typically find in Hoboken
- Very nice interior (Heard that they will be undergoing major renovation VERY soon)
- Great manager Brian
- Very nice owners - caring about its customers, instantly resolving all issues.

See the place at www.lounge11bar.com

Let me know if you need a deal on bottles and birthday/other type of events - and I will be glad to help you.

Living On Your Own...:/

Sorry guys for disappearing, but there is a very good explanation to it – I MOVED.

Now a resident of Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City, I found myself in the midst of various to do’s.
For once, I am still getting used to excessive walking – aka stair climbing.
2 – I didn’t know u can assemble bed for 5 hours straight
3 – Lack of central air is a bigger inconvenience than i thought it is.
4 – I have never used screwdrivers, saws and hammers so much in my life, and, honestly – this contractor/laborer work doesn’t really thrill me. I guess females that are looking for manliness in that respect will not work out for me…. but that’s ok.
5 – Shit, HOME DEPOT! I know every guy in that place. Suddenly, I realized how to put a screw into a drywall…. SCRATCH THAT… DID I SAY DRYWALL? Oh yes, I learned that too.
6. Additionally, interior design is not something I am good at, seeing as light brown table is mixed with latter shelves, black bed, purple sheets and burgundy curtains…. the wals are beige btw… but that ok!
7. Finally, not to bother you with full description, I am also food shopping….thats a wonder by itself…:/
